A STATEMENT FROM OUR FANTASTIC NOBILIA SUPPLIERS 

In the light of the current situation, we would like to reassure all our customers that in placing an order for a Nobilia kitchen during the Covid-19 outbreak, we have confidence that Nobilia will be able to continue to fulfil all orders and make delivery in the agreed timescale.

Please see below the official statement from Nobilia:

"Today, our team, which includes most of Northern and Eastern Europe, discussed the situation at length and were offered lots of reassurance from our Senior Management Team. Nobilia have prepared, exceptionally well for the crisis, which should see that there will be no interruption to our operations.

This includes:

1. Increasing our stock holding. We normally hold around 1 weeks’ worth of materials, but we have increased this by a further four weeks’ worth (total of five weeks). We actually don’t have any supply chain issues and can continue to fulfil all of your orders.

2. Purchased all necessary hardware for all of our order processing team to be able to work from home, if necessary. Of course, it makes sense to reduce the amount of people we have in the offices, in Verl, but in terms of your orders getting confirmed, the interruption will be minimal.

3. Logistics can continue as normal for the foreseeable future. Of course, the situation is changing by the day, but what I can say is that, in the countries where the most severe restrictions have been imposed, they are still letting our trucks in to deliver kitchens. We can’t see this changing for the UK."
