Plan your kitchen layout

The space you have available to you will often dictate the layout of your kitchen.

For smaller kitchens, cabinets with glass fronts and acrylic shelves will look smaller on the wall than a cupboard with a solid door. Also, avoid islands in small spaces as you’re better off going for a more streamlined layout. However, islands are perfect if you have a large central area.
